“I have struggled with my weight for over 30 years of my life. I have attempted several different diets (4, to be exact) and lost the weight but was never able to keep it off. I heard about Weigh4life and Ideal Protein and thought it was just another diet, but figured I would give it a whirl. I like the fact that there are boundaries and less choices. This helped me a lot to stick to the program. It is also teaching be what foods are a part of a healthy lifestyle of eating. I have experienced very supportive and encouraging staff at Weigh4Life.
