I am a wife and mother of two beautiful grown daughters. I enjoy working in my garden and relaxing in my pool. I am also a pet lover. I am also creative, organized and family oriented and friendly as a personal weight loss coach. I first began my journey with Weigh4Life and the Ideal Protein Program back in 2012. I had struggled with weight gain most of my adult life and saw how it was affecting my health. I knew I had to make a lifestyle change. I had tried many diets in the past, but was unable to achieve the results I had with the Ideal Protein Program. Thanks to Weigh4Life and the Ideal Protein Protocol, I met my personal weight loss goal of 60 pounds in 6 months. I felt great and was healthier than I had been in a long time. Since then, I have been able to maintain my weight loss with the lifestyle changes I learned through the program. I was fortunate to be given the opportunity from Weigh4Life to become a coach. As a personal weight loss coach, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help and encourage others to meet their own personal health and weight loss goals. It is exciting to be part of a process that is truly life changing!
